“We were told to be at the pickup location at 8:45 for check in, driver showed up at 8:55. Driver was disinterested in our experience and was rude. He didn’t talk to us or explain where we were. We had to ask several times if we were on the road to Hana yet. We made one stop on our way to see sea turtles from a parking lot above the beach blocked by trees and shrubs. We had exactly one hour at the black sand beach after being in the car for 2 hours and then were rushed at the banana bread stand where my son had to throw out…”

He is very well versed, as a guide, a driver, and extremely knowledgeable about the area and its history. 2) The Mercedes van - very comfortable with big windows to see the views. Good sandwiches too. 3) The Road to Hana - there were plenty of stops to rest(room), get snacks/souvenirs, and see the sites. I highly recommend this driver, the company itself, and the experience itself.”
